An awareness workshop at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University addressed the phenomenon of harassment

Based on the directives of the Women’s Affairs Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and within the “Together” campaign to create an environment that rejects the phenomenon of harassment
The Women’s Empowerment Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry, held an awareness workshop entitled (The phenomenon of harassment, its causes and psychological effects on the individual and society), attended by Dr. Bayda Saleh and M.M. Spectra Sirhan

The workshop aimed to educate young people about the dangers of the phenomenon of harassment and ways to reduce and eliminate it, in addition to clarifying the concept of harassment, its causes and types, and the psychological impact that the harasser leaves on his victims, as well as the treatments that can reduce this negative and dangerous phenomenon at the same time.

The workshop recommended not to remain silent about the phenomenon of harassment, to file an official complaint, and to inform a family member or trusted friend.
