Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, recycling bins were provided in the college based on the recommendations of the ISO Energy team meeting at the university, which led to the adoption of clean energy, as well as the Green Education and Sustainability Programs Team. This initiative is the first of its kind at Al-Qadisiyah University in terms of application by adopting clean energy and benefiting from recycling waste, as it includes recyclable materials such as glass, paper, cardboard, metals, plastic, rubber tires, textiles, batteries and electronics.

The aim of this program is to reuse them again and benefit from them such as remanufacturing paper and extracting fertilizer from biodegradable waste such as food waste or green waste
