A training course was held at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on methods for synthesizing metal nanoparticles.
Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held a training course on methods for synthesizing metal nanoparticles. Presented by Asst. Haider Kadhim Abbas, Asst. Ali Salem, and Asst. Rana Mishaal Salem, the course aimed to introduce the methods and types of synthesizing metal nanoparticles and the use of basic techniques.
The course recommended the use of environmentally friendly methods for synthesizing metal particles, including green synthesis, and the use of more stable metal nanoparticles for therapeutic applications, such as gold and silver.
