A training course on laser use in dentistry was held at the College of Dentistry, Al-Qadisiyah University.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Conservative Dentistry Department at the College of Dentistry, Al-Qadisiyah University, held a training course entitled “Laser Use in Dentistry.” The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Ali Hamza Al-Hashemi and Assistant Lecturer Zahraa Jawad Hamidi.

The course aimed to provide an understanding of the basic principles of laser use in dental treatments, introduce different types of lasers and their role in improving treatment procedures, and highlight the benefits of laser use compared to traditional methods, such as reducing pain and time. The course emphasized the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest laser equipment and technologies, adhering to continuous training to ensure safe use, and encouraging participation in specialized laser seminars and conferences.
