Al-Qadisiyah University Participates in the 8th Season of the Ramadan Program (Shababik)

Al-Qadisiyah University participated in the 8th season of the Ramadan program (Shababik) in 2026, organized by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, as part of the cultural and scientific activities for Iraqi university students during the holy month of Ramadan.

The participation was sponsored by the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and supervised by Professor Dr. Muhammad Hamza Al-Hashimi, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, and followed up by Professor Dr. Imad Awda Al-Amiri, Director of the Student Activities Department, and Professor Dr. Ali Atshan Al-Mushrifawi, Director of the Registration Department at Al-Qadisiyah University. This participation reflects the university’s commitment to actively engaging in national activities with scientific, intellectual, and religious dimensions.

The program episodes were recorded at night, with the participation of a select group of Iraqi university students. The university’s delegation was headed by Mr. Hussam Mohsen Ni’ma from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. Participating Students:

The participation aims to support scientific and intellectual activities, enhance the spirit of academic competition among students, and instill meaningful cultural and religious values ​​at the level of Iraqi universities, thus contributing to showcasing youthful talents and developing their abilities within a distinctive, spiritually uplifting Ramadan atmosphere.
