The workshop recommended the necessity of choosing a professional and experienced specialist doctor in cosmetic fillings to ensure the best results, and maintaining dental hygiene regularly using a brush and toothpaste containing fluoride, and using floss to clean the areas between the teeth, and preferably water floss because it can reach Places that regular floss cannot reach, and stay away from solid foods by avoiding breaking ice cubes or chewing solid objects, as this may cause the filling to break<\/p>\n
