A workshop was held at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on the role of youth in decision-making in light of digital transformations. Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held a workshop entitled “Youth and Decision-Making in Light of Digital Transformations.” Presented by Eng. \nThe workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the impact of digital transformations on institutional and individual decision-making strategies. It also aimed to enable participants to acquire adaptive skills and develop psychological and professional resilience in changing digital work environments. It also aimed to develop their ability to use modern digital tools to support effective decision-making processes.
\nThe workshop recommended investing in ongoing training to build employees’ capacity to meet the challenges of digital transformation and sound decision-making. It also recommended adopting innovative digital strategies that balance flexibility and resilience in the face of crises and rapid changes.
