A training course was held at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on microbial infection scenarios in hospitals.
\nUnder the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held a training course entitled “Microbial Infection Scenarios in Hospitals.” Biologist Saba Hamid Zidane lectured.
\nThe course aimed to identify common types of microbial infections in hospitals, such as bloodstream infections, respiratory infections, wound infections, and urinary tract infections. It also aimed to clarify the mechanisms of infection transmission within healthcare facilities and the factors contributing to their spread.
\nThe course recommended strengthening ongoing infection control training programs for all hospital staff, emphasizing the importance of handwashing as a basic measure to interrupt the chain of microbial transmission, strictly implementing isolation protocols for patients with contagious infections, and improving sterilization and environmental cleaning procedures within the hospital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
