A workshop at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on how to stain bacteria with gram stain

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, a training course was held in the College of Dentistry entitled (How to stain bacteria with a gram dye), in which Eng. Dr.. Ali Sabry and Saba Hamid Zidane

The course aimed to explain what Gram stain is, a test that looks for bacteria in areas where infection is suspected, such as the mouth, lungs, or skin wounds.

The course recommended that it be necessary to consult the treating physician when knowing the type of bacteria to begin treating the patient with the appropriate antibiotic for the diagnosed bacterial type.
