Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, a training course was held in the Continuing Education Unit of the College of Dentistry entitled (Microbial organisms that cause odors, ulcers, and infections in the mouth), in which Dr. Ali Sabry and M. Diyar biology Farhan Madad and Eng. Biotechnologist Ghufran Hussein and M. Agricultural engineer Amal Jameel

The course aimed to introduce students to the types of microorganisms that cause ulcers and infections in the mouth and explain the most important methods used in isolating these types from various sources and how to deal with, isolate and preserve them, whether on a permanent or temporary level, by conducting the tests used to isolate and diagnose them.

The course recommended introducing the sources and spread of microorganisms, causes, diagnosis and treatment of pathogens of great importance to public health, in addition to explaining the most important chemical tests used to determine their types.
