Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Sustainable Development Unit held a training course entitled (The Culture of Participation in the Decision-Making Process), in which M.M. lectured. Nour Jalawi and M. Agricultural engineer Jinan Abdel Abbas and Mr. Agricultural engineer Amal Janil Youssef

The course aimed to develop problem analysis and decision-making skills and clarify decision-making methods through developing social-intellectual skills. The course recommended the necessity of increasing awareness, spreading the culture of feasibility study, and convincing group members that hard and joint work achieves success.
