Higher Education Reading Award is a positive window for cultural awareness

♦️The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the extension of the closing date of the Higher Education Reading Award Competition platform (https://awards.mohesr.gov.iq) to 10/5/2024 and updating the date of the electronic test to be Saturday, 10/12/2024, while the date of honoring the winners will be on 10/24/2024.
