Holding a workshop in the Directorate of the Girls’ Internal Sections at Al-Qadisiyah University by female lecturers in the College of Dentistry.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri.

And under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad.

The Directorate of the Girls’ Internal Sections at Al-Qadisiyah University hosted female lecturers in the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University / Basic Sciences Branch; to hold a workshop entitled:

(Managing Intellectual Differences: Promoting Diversity and Harmony in the Work Environment), delivered by:
1- M.D. Lama Hafez Abdul.
2- M.D. Baidaa Saleh Hassan.
3- M.D. Ruqayyah Hussein Al-Qarawi.
4- M.D. Nour Mahmoud Majeed.
5- M.D. Maryam Khaled Jaloub.
The workshop aimed to study enhancing awareness of the importance of intellectual differences, helping participants understand the value of intellectual diversity in the work environment and its positive impact on innovation and creativity, developing intellectual diversity management skills, providing participants with tools and strategies to deal with intellectual differences and transform them into opportunities for growth and cooperation, achieving harmony in the work environment, and creating a work environment based on open dialogue and mutual respect that enhances cooperation and reduces conflicts. The most important recommendations of the workshop: Encouraging open and comprehensive dialogue, providing safe spaces for employees to express their opinions and discuss ideas freely with a focus on building bridges of communication instead of deepening differences, enhancing emotional intelligence and communication skills, training employees and leaders to understand the feelings of others and interact with them positively to reduce tensions and enhance understanding, integrating intellectual diversity into work policies, developing internal policies that encourage team diversity and adopting comprehensive practices that ensure representation of different opinions and backgrounds in decision-making.
