A lecture at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on (Doctor and Patient Rights).

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazim Jabr Al-Jubouri.

And under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad.

The Dental Rights Unit held a lecture entitled (Doctor and Patient Rights), delivered by: M.D. An’ad Al-Naili.

The lecture aimed to introduce the patient’s rights before starting medical work, the patient’s rights in Iraq, and the most important legal duties.

The lecture came out with a set of results, the most important of which is that the patient has absolute freedom to choose the doctor who treats him unless the treatment is in a free institution to which the patient is affiliated.

The lecture recommended the necessity of obligating the Iraqi decision-maker to work on providing health security for citizens without discrimination
