A scientific workshop was held at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on negative phenomena in the work environment.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held a scientific workshop entitled “Negative Phenomena in the Work Environment.” M.M. The workshop aimed to improve the work environment: create a positive work environment that supports productivity and job satisfaction, promote effective communication, reduce misunderstandings and conflicts between employees and management, and reduce stress and pressure; provide a work environment free of stress and unhealthy practices; increase commitment and discipline; improve the level of responsibility and adherence to internal regulations; and promote ethical and professional values; reduce unethical behaviors such as bullying, bias, and administrative corruption.
