Al-Qadisiyah University organized a central ceremony to honor the top students of the university and colleges for the thirty-third batch at the College of Education.
Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kallaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of his Assistant for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Muhammad Hamza Al-Hashemi, and the follow-up of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Sattar Hamid Al-Janabi.
The university presidency organized a central ceremony to honor the top students of the university and colleges, attended by the esteemed University Council and the families of the top students. The opening ceremony included a recitation of the Holy Quran, a Fatiha for the souls of the martyrs, the playing of the national anthem, and a speech by the university president, who offered congratulations to the honorable students on their academic excellence, their achievement of top rankings in the university and colleges, and their graduation for the 2023-2024 academic year (the Class of Knowledge and Construction). They are entering the realms of practical life to build a future brimming with construction and development. He praised the efforts of the pioneering professors, both living and deceased, as well as the efforts of the deans, assistants, leaders, professors, and affiliates, each of whom has contributed to academic and cognitive excellence, construction, and development.
This was followed by a speech by the university’s top student, Hoda Saad Shalal, from the College of Fine Arts. A documentary about the university environment was then shown. The university president then opened the ceremony by honoring the students who won the top three places. The academic and administrative assistants and deans also honored the top students in the colleges for both morning and evening studies.
