A training course on the ELISA technique was held at the College of Dentistry, Al-Qadisiyah University.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry organized a training course entitled: “The ELISA Technique.” The course was presented by Dr. Durar Kamel Jabbar. The course aimed to explain an important diagnostic method used in medical research, clinical diagnosis, and various fields of biotechnology. ELISA is used to detect hormone levels, such as insulin or thyroid hormones, and to identify allergens in food and environmental samples, as well as in the diagnosis of infections.
