A faculty member from the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University participated in a doctoral dissertation defense at the College of Medicine, Al-Qadisiyah University.

Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Mishal Salem participated in the doctoral dissertation defense committee for researcher Ansam Nahed Abbas in the Department of Microbiology. The dissertation was titled “Genetic Alterations of VAV1 and CD226 and Their Gene Expression in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.”

The defense took place on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in the presence of a distinguished group of professors. We wish the student, her supervisor, and the esteemed members of the examining committee all the best and continued success.
