Workshop at the University of Al-Qadisiyah’s College of Dentistry on Common Errors in Clinical Practice and How to Avoid Them

The Continuing Education Unit at the University of Al-Qadisiyah’s College of Dentistry held a workshop titled “Common Errors in Clinical Practice and How to Avoid Them,” presented by general dentists Zahraa Fawaz Faraj and Murtada Faris Haddab.
The workshop aimed to identify common clinical errors and ways to avoid them, as well as to enhance patient safety and improve the quality of clinical performance.
Recommendations from the workshop included adhering to scientific protocols and standards, ensuring accurate diagnosis prior to treatment, strictly following infection control and sterilization procedures, accurately documenting clinical procedures, and maintaining a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
