A training course at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on introducing the spectrophotometer and its use to measure blood sugar levels.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, a training course was held in the College of Dentistry entitled (Introducing the spectrophotometer and its use to measure blood sugar levels), in which both Eng. M. Mustafa Hadi Jawad and Mr. M. Laith Hussein Hadi

The course aimed to introduce the spectrophotometer device, its working mechanism, and its use in the biomedical field in measuring blood sugar levels.

The course recommended the necessity of following the correct procedures in operating the spectrophotometer to protect it from damage. It was also necessary to conduct the experiment by repeating it 3 times to record a correct result and avoid the error rate as well, and to conduct more biochemical tests using the spectrophotometer by college students to increase their capabilities in using the device.
