An awareness workshop at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on the phenomenon of harassment in Iraqi law

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, and based on the directives of the Women’s Empowerment Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the slogan (Together to create an environment that rejects the phenomenon of harassment), the Women’s Empowerment Unit was established, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Unit. Continuing education at the College of Dentistry, an awareness workshop entitled (The phenomenon of harassment in Iraqi law)

The workshop aimed to educate young people about the dangers of the phenomenon of harassment and ways to reduce and eliminate it. The workshop addressed the concept of harassment, its causes and types, the psychological impact that the harasser leaves on his victims, as well as the treatments that can reduce this negative phenomenon.

The workshop recommended the need to intensify awareness seminars in educational institutions and schools that would clarify the causes of harassment, as well as enact deterrent laws against harassers.
