Training course at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on emotional growth and problem-solving skills in children
Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held a training course entitled (Emotional Growth and Problem-Solving Skills in Children) presented by Dr. Baida Saleh and Dr. Lama Hafez and Mrs. Janan Abdul Abbas
The course aimed to enhance understanding of emotional development and introduce parents to the importance of emotional development in children and how to support it in daily situations and develop skills to support children in solving problems and strengthen the relationship between parents and children and improve interaction and communication between parents and children, which contributes to building a relationship of trust and understanding
The course recommended the necessity of applying what was learned at home, with trainers providing practical strategies for parents to apply with children on a daily basis and providing follow-up sessions
