A training course was held at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on training in the Human Resources (HR) Archiving and Data Entry Program.
Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kallaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Sustainable Development Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry, held a training course entitled “Training in the Human Resources (HR) Archiving and Data Entry Program.” The course was presented by Asst. Dr. Ahmed Hussein, practicing veterinarian Bashayer Thabet Kamel, and programmer: Shahd Riyad.
The course aimed to introduce the basic training areas and electronic archiving, and to learn the basics and concepts of electronic archiving, including the laws and regulations related to it. It also aimed to teach how to design efficient electronic document management systems and human resources information systems (HRIS). It also aimed to train on the use of these systems to automate and streamline basic HR processes, such as tracking basic employee data, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
