The College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University announces to all students centrally admitted to the College of Dentistry for the academic year 2025-2026 that they must visit the college with their paper registration file, including the following documents:

🔹 A transcript of grades (pending issuance of the original document).

🔹 The student’s unified national ID card (original + two colored copies).

🔹 The parents’ national ID cards (father and mother) (original + two colored copies).

🔹 The updated residency card (original + two colored copies).

All documents should be on a single sheet of paper, printed on one side only.

🔹 The ration card (if applicable).

🔹 A medical examination report (Hemoglobin Electrophoresis or Complete Blood Count) from a specialized health center (two original copies).

🔹Recent passport-size photos (😎 with a white background only).

🔹Valid ID of a guarantor who is a civil servant only.

🔹All the above documents must be submitted in two copies:

A hard copy placed in a white, transparent file folder.

An electronic copy saved on a CD only.

🔸The application period is (15) days from the start of registration.

🔸Electronic registration for public universities (central admission – morning studies) will be through the HEPIQ application.

🔸The application location is the Computer Lab – College of Dentistry – Al-Qadisiyah University.
