A training course on empowering women to manage change was held at the College of Dentistry, Al-Qadisiyah University.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Dentistry organized a training course entitled “Empowering Women to Manage Change.” The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Noor Jalawi Jabbar. The course aimed to enhance the participants’ capabilities in strategic planning and sound decision-making during transitional periods by training them in risk analysis, future forecasting, and developing practical solutions that ensure sustainable development and the successful achievement of institutional goals. The course recommended the necessity of building professional communication networks and sustainable interactive platforms that allow participants to exchange experiences, transfer knowledge, and share best practices and successful experiences in managing crises and institutional transformations at both the local and international levels.
