An awareness seminar was held at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University on the challenges of employment opportunities for people with special needs.
Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Dentistry held an educational seminar entitled “Challenges of Employment Opportunities for People with Special Needs.” Assistant Professor Dr. Enad Kazim Al-Naili presented the seminar.
The seminar aimed to highlight the challenges facing people with special needs and ways to overcome them.
The seminar recommended the need to pay attention to people with special needs, as they are an integral part of society. It also recommended providing appropriate opportunities for people with special needs to showcase their skills and creativity. It also recommended removing obstacles facing people with special needs to find employment opportunities and discover their energies and creativity in a manner that is consistent with their physical capabilities.
